SIM collects personal information fairly and in accordance with applicable law. Generally, we collect your personal information directly from you.
How does SIM use personal information?
We may use your personal information to provide Services to you, to administer our customer databases, to build and maintain our expertise and knowledge, to include you in our information distribution and marketing activities, and for the other purposes for which we collected your personal information (see “How does SIM engage with personal information” above). SIM respects your privacy and will remove your information from any distribution or marketing lists if you request for SIM to do so. You may ask to access your personal information that is in our possession. Detailed requests that require archive or other retrieval costs may be subject to our normal disbursement fees.
